We left our Smart Cookie Party and headed over to the Stake Center for Seminary Graduation.
We actually left before all the guests left. It was a beautiful night so we told them to stay and enjoy themselves out in the backyard and eat some more cookies and they did! My mom and was there and helped get things cleaned up in the kitchen. So nice to come home too.
We are excited that Tessa was a Seminary graduate!
Getting Seminary on a regular basis was a bit of a challenge this year with all the traveling she did (NYC, Orland, Ashland) and with the musical. She also took 3 AP classes and her only open hour to go get help or take a make up test was during Seminar but she did it. She didn't receive an exemplary attendance award but we're o.k. with that - she graduated!
Here's the graduates from the Oak Hills Ward - Tessa, Adam Chin, Jessica Leete and Charlotte Martell.
And her Seminary teacher - Brother Farmer.

Smart Cookie Party
We held the Smart Cookie Party on Sunday evening which turned out great. This party was for our neighbors, family, friends from church etc.
The Milk & Cookie Bar was a huge hit. I had about 400 cookies and only had about a dozen left over!
With the help from a few friends we made 9 different kinds.
Of course there was milk too - we had 3 choices. We served it out of cute little milk bottles with straws.
There were so many choices it was hard to choose.
I had some fun Dr. Seuss quotes on the framed chalkboards.
I borrowed the Quillins antique typewriter and people typed notes to Tessa.
We had so many sweet friends stop by to celebrate with us - over 100!
One of our favorite people Bev Brady came.
And her daughter Dyann and granddaughter Calista (named after our Calista)
Some of her teachers even came to celebrate with her - Ms Baldwin and her daughter. She was her DECA advisor and Fashion Marketing techer.
CJ came too!
Lots of neighbors stopped by although I didn't get photos of them all. I got one of the Adams though!
As well as lots of friends from church!
Such a fun evening.
It was the debut of the fun new table Jim made me too!!
